Do I have to move my bookings off Guesty / Hostaway?

No. Bookings stay in your PMS. Dockhand is a downstream ops layer — we read reservations, schedule the ops work in the gaps, and push completion status back. You never re-key anything and your team keeps working in the tool they know.

How long does the connection take?

Hostaway: about 5 minutes. You paste an access token, pick which listings you want auto-turnovers on, and Dockhand syncs the rest. Guesty and Hospitable are OAuth-based and roll out over Q3.

What if I have properties on multiple PMSs?

Connect them all. Each connection maps its own listings to Dockhand properties. One Dockhand dashboard, many upstream tools.

What's the pricing?

$49/mo for the Owner portal + a flat 5% platform fee on invoices. First month on us. For portfolios of 20+ cottages we offer bulk pricing — email us.

Who are the taskers doing the work?

Local Muskoka + cottage country pros: cleaners, handy crews, dock installers, snow plow operators, arborists, HVAC, electricians. Every tasker is identity-verified. Higher-trust jobs (contractor, tree work, septic, boat lifts) are reserved for Verified Pros with a current Certificate of Insurance on file.

What happens if a clean gets missed?

Dockhand's dispute mediation covers it. Refund handling + photo evidence + a real operator to talk to. We're not a chatbot — the founder still watches the ops queue.

Do you handle winter?

Yes. Cottage close, water-line winterization, snow plow, roof snow clearing, ice-dam removal, winter check-ins — all bookable and, with the automation toggle on, all auto-scheduled on weather alerts.

Can I stop the automation and go back to booking manually?

Any time. The automation is per-property and per-task-type. You can also flip the "require my approval before assigning a tasker" toggle if you want a confirmation step before anything gets booked.
